Lauren’s Bat Mitzvah
Lauren's Bat Mitzvah took place at eZone on a lovely spring day on Sunday, June 12, 2022. The family arrived looking gorgeous in their Bat Mitzvah outfits, and they were so excited for the simcha ahead.
I started out doing a mini-session with Lauren outdoors. She looked stunning in her beautiful white dress and was a natural in front of the camera. We took photos against the different walls, on staircases, and in front of the main entrance. Next, I photographed Lauren’s older brother. He was also fun to work with, and we got some cool shots of him posing seriously against a grey wall.
After working with the kids, we went inside for immediate family photos. The party room was decorated with lots of balloons, and we made sure to take a variety of shots against this beautiful backdrop. But we didn't stop there. We also took family photos on the whirlyball and basketball courts, capturing fun, unique images that the family will enjoy for years to come.
Shortly after family photos, the extended family and Lauren’s friends began arriving. I walked (and sometime ran!) around eZone snapping lots of candid and posed shots of everyone enjoying various games and sporting activities. From laser tag to basketball, there were so many great moments to capture. I also photographed the delicious lunch, candy table, speeches, and, of course, Lauren’s family and friends.
Throughout the afternoon, both adults and kids had an absolute blast, and Lauren was beaming from ear to ear as she celebrated with everyone close to her.
I'm so grateful to have been able to capture all the action and celebration at Lauren’s Bat Mitzvah party, preserving memories that will last a lifetime for her and her family.
